Who can sign up for supplies?
Anyone who truly needs them. CONCERN, Agape Mission and Mary Martha Outreach determine the final eligibility but the goal is to assist those who have financial or other issues that keep them from affording school supplies.
How, when and where can I sign up to get supplies?
Forms will be available at CONCERN, Agape Mission and Mary Martha Outreach as well as online on July 1. Fill out the form and take it to one of these places. Forms must be turned in by July 31.
When and where will I receive my school supplies?
Backpacks filled with supplies will be available for pickup at St. Luke's Episcopal Church beginning at 8:00 am just a few days before school starts. The exact date is shown in the banner area above.

What happens if I turn in my application form after the July 31 deadline?
After July 31, turn in your application form ONLY at CONCERN. Neither Mary Martha nor Agape is prepared to accept late applications. We will do the best we can to provide the school supplies that you need but your request will be filled from the supplies that we have on hand. It is likely that you will not receive all of the items your student needs.
